Malena R. LeClair-Gibson is a trial lawyer with over 25 years of experience practicing in State and Federal courts including the United States Supreme Court. Her practice is focused on complex litigation cases involving serious personal injury, medical malpractice as well as business and financial disputes. She began her career at Horton Barbaro & Reilly in 1991 where she litigated personal injury, medical malpractice and wrongful death cases. As an associate, she obtained a $30.6 million jury verdict in a pharmacy malpractice case and successfully represented class members in the published case of Cramer v. Consolidated Freightways, Inc.(2001) 255 F.3d 683. She is a fierce advocate for her clients and has recovered millions in a variety of cases including catastrophic injury, product liability, wrongful death and business torts and commercial collection.
Mrs. LeClair-Gibson received her B.A. in Psychology from U.C. Santa Barbara with Honors. She graduated from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1991 where she received a Dean’s Scholarship for Oral Advocacy, was a member of the ABA Moot Court team and served as Vice President of the Moot Court Board. She is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, Orange County Trial Lawyers Association and Consumer Attorneys of California.
