In February of 2015, Our plaintiff was rolling through an intersection when the defendant ran the red light causing a T-Bone collision. The plaintiff and her grandbaby left the accident feeling for the most part not injured. As a result medical treatment was not obtained on scene or directly following the accident. Later that night our plaintiff started to feel ill, including headache and dizziness. She subsequently passed out and fell to the floor, fracturing her face, knocking out teeth, and causing serious head injury.
Our team was able to work with medical staff and determine that the cause of her dizziness and injuries stemmed from head trauma as a result of the accident earlier in the day. We were able to bring this information to light and present a case against the defendant driver.
The case was brought to a successful conclusion prior to formal litigation and our client was awarded $281,927.91.
