William LightMelinda Spaziano is an experienced Certified Paralegal with degree in Paralegal Studies. She brings a strong background in legal support, case management, and client relations. Her dedication to professionalism, advocacy, and client interactions reflect a deep commitment to her role as a paralegal.Melinda’s career began in service-oriented roles. From 2010 to 2015, she served as a seasonal employee with the cold weather shelter program facilitated by Mercy House. During that same period, she was employed full-time in community-based support services, assisting individuals navigating significant life challenges. These experiences fostered her strong organizational skills and commitment to advocacy.

In 2014, Melinda entered the legal field as a part-time file clerk with the Law Office of Richard A. Jones. As her talent and education progressed, she was hired into a full-time position as Legal Secretary and Office Manager, where she managed office operations, coordinated client communications, and supported case preparation.

While working full time, Melinda earned her Paralegal Certificate and Associate of Arts Degree in Paralegal Studies from Santa Ana College in 2020. Her education and hands-on experience have equipped her with a solid foundation in legal research, civil procedure, and litigation support.

Outside of her professional commitments, Melinda enjoys traveling, attending live concerts, and spending cherished time with her adult children and her two young granddaughters. She also finds balance and renewal through camping and gardening.
