Silva Abdulnour grew up in Corona, California and attended the University of California, Riverside where she earned her Bachelor Degree in Political Science. Prior to her legal career, Silva honed her analytical skills as a Lab Assistant at the Citrus Clonal Protection Program at UC Riverside, where she conducted advanced research in plant pathology and microbiology, contributing to multiple published abstracts in the American Phytopathological Society Journal.

Silva received her Juris Doctorate from Western State College of Law in 2023, where she distinguished herself as a Dean’s Fellow, Student Representative, and Parliamentarian for the Student Bar Association. Recognized for her academic excellence, Silva received the CALI Award for Federal Income Taxation and Professional Responsibility, the Witkins Award for Introduction to Legal Methods, and the prestigious William D. Shapiro Advocacy Award at commencement after having competed on the Mock Trial Team for two years.

During her years in law school, Silva served as judicial clerk at the Orange County District Attorney’s Office where she prepared motions, briefs, and direct examinations for preliminary hearings while working closely with victims and attorneys. Her internships at Maralan Law, P.C. and A.J. Kirkwood and Associates equipped her with a background in business litigation and provided her with hands-on expertise in drafting contracts, settlement letters, appellate briefs, and discovery documents.

At our firm, Silva brings her meticulous attention to detail, strong advocacy skills, and client-focused approach to every case, ensuring personalized and effective legal representation. Silva now focuses primarily on catastrophic personal injury cases, including medical malpractice, wrongful death, and financial and elder abuse.
